Property Smart – Return & Refund Policy

At Property Smart, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  •   Cleaning products
  • PPE
  • Personal care/beauty products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Condition

  • Returned items must be in resaleable condition. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

  • Contact us at admin@propertysmart.net to initiate a return.
  • Returns must be sent to:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  • We will happily replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
  • If you are returning an item for a different option (size, scent, etc.), the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
