At Property Smart, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and cost-effectively.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is out for delivery.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping / Delivery
- We offer local delivery within the Columbia Valley region.
- Orders outside our local delivery area cannot be accepted.
- Delivery times will be confirmed when you place your order.
Shipping Times
- Local delivery: 7-14 business days.
- Remote or rural areas within our local delivery zone may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping/delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
- From time to time, Property Smart may offer free or discounted delivery promotions.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with delivery details so you can follow your order’s progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control, but we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.
